625 Commerce is a 38,400-square-foot industrial building built in 2004. The building was struck by a tornado in 2022, causing significant damage to the 2nd-floor office and manufacturing facility. Acquired in 2023, the property underwent the necessary repairs and was renovated for Air-tow trailers to become the company’s national headquarters. In 2026, the building underwent a 75,900 square foot expansion of the manufacturing space extending the building to 114,300 square feet.
